About AEPi

Alpha Epsilon Pi is the Jewish Fraternity of North America. Founded in 1913, AEPi has fostered a strong sense of brotherhood and achievement in its members for over 75 years.

The Sigma Chapter of AEPi, chartered at Washington University in 1928, prides itself on its long history and rich tradition. We are a diverse chapter, with brothers representing many academic disciplines and cultures, hailing from all corners of the United States.

Our chapter is committed to philanthropy, holding a campus-wide event each year called "Rock-N-Care". Traditionally held in the Fall, brothers and representatives from campus organizations all contribute to AEP's effort in supporting the University City Children's Center.

In addition to "Rock-N-Care", our chapter participates in various Greek philanthropy events on campus, including Alapha Phi's "Phi Ball," Delta Gamma's Anchor Splash, and Sigma Alpha Epsilon's "Dodging Depression" which we won in 2007. We also coordinate other philanthropy events as the need arises, such as our fundraiser in cooperation with the American Red Cross to provide relief for the victims of Hurricane Floyd and our raising money for Israel's Magen David Adom.
